Warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty on all machinery.  In the unlikely event of a claim, you should contact our customer services department and advise us of the problem.  We will do our best to resolve the issue by correcting the defect before we offer an exchange or refund.

Returns can only be accepted with a returns reference number (RMA) which is issued by our customer services department.  The machine must be returned in its original packaging, and therefore it is important that you keep all packaging in good condition for the duration of the warranty period.  Machines returned without an RMA will be refused.  You are responsible for transportation costs to get the item to us.

Based on the nature of the defect, we will repair/replace the item and return the machine to you at our cost.   If we cannot repair the machine we will offer you a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind / Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of purchase.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on returned products that have not fault.

The machine must be returned to us in perfect condition and in the original packaging.  You are responsible for the transportation costs.
